I bought the mouse off of Amazon so I already reached out to them and they said they are reaching out to Logitech support. Tried a bunch of possible resolutions I found off of the internet to no avail. Force closed processes running on the Human Interface portion of the device manager. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Ghub software many times. I am not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. Even the onboard memory software is seeing the two buttons as one. When I click on two separate buttons, the software only recognizes it as the same button input. I downloaded the Logitech Onboard Memory Manager and had the software identify the buttons. For example, I have them assigned 1 thru 6. The issue seems to be that the mouse is not seeing the six side buttons as six separate buttons. Hi everyone!
